Renovo man victim in Renovo Road motorcycle accident

BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP, PA – A Renovo man lost his life in a motorcycle accident on Route 120 in Bald Eagle Township just after midnight on Sunday. State police identified the victim as Mark J. Morocko, 58.

The police report said the cycle operator was westbound on the Renovo Road near its intersection with Twin Springs Lane when the operator was unable to avoid a deer on the roadway, the cycle striking the deer. The operator was thrown from the cycle as it overturned, sustaining fatal injuries. Police said he was not wearing a helmet.

State police said they were assisted at the scene by the Lock Haven Fire Department, Goodwill Hose Ambulance Service and Showcase Towing.
