Sikorskas named head track coach at Central Mountain

BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP, PA – The Keystone Central School Board Thursday night approved Ellie Sikorskas as the new head track coach at Central Mountain High School.

Board approval was followed by a district release on her selection:

Keystone Central School District and the Central Mountain High School are pleased to announce Ellie Sikorskas as our new Head Track & Field Coach. Mrs. Sikorskas is returning to the program after being named interim head coach during the 2021-22 season.  Mrs. Sikorskas was interviewed by a panel of stakeholders, including students, booster club representatives, and school board members.  Everyone was very impressed with the job Ellie did last year, and students couldn’t wait for her to return.

She will be returning all of her staff from last year, including Scott Bair, Tom Temple, Clayton Courter, and Donna Mayes. Everyone is excited about the upcoming season as Central Mountain looks to get on its brand-new track.  The project was completed in October by Keystone Sports Construction.

 Mrs. Sikorska’s Comments

I’m happy to be returning as head coach this upcoming season. I’m thankful for the opportunity to be able to lead an awesome group of students alongside the other coaches. I appreciate all the support from my students and staff. Thank you.
