CM’s Lindsay claims second straight D-6 AAA title
ALTOONA, PA – Central Mountain sophomore David Lindsay Wednesday claimed his second District 6 AAA title in as many tries, dispatching Hollidaysburg’s Nathaniel Barton in straight sets, 6-0, 6-0. Lindsay went 3-for-3 at the district tourney and did not lose a set.
His victory earns him a trip to the PIAA tournament. A year ago he lost his first round match in a marathon to the eventual state champion.
Lindsay is the first District 6 champion from within the Keystone Central School District and now owns two such medals.
