Wildcat tennis goes 2-1 at home quad

BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP, PA – The Central Mountain boys’ tennis was in action on Tuesday for a quadrangular meet with Altoona, Mifflin County and Central Columbia at the Gibson Tennis Courts. Coach Pete Werts ‘team battled hard, going 2-1..

The ‘Cats finished second,  downing Central Columbia 3-2 with David Lindsay, Ethan Hall and Asher Talbot all with victories. Next up Central Mountain defeated Mifflin County solidly 5-0.  Altoona would come up big in the final match of the day and defeat Central Mountain 3-2.

The results  set the CM record at 8-2. The Wildcats will next be in action Wednesday home against the visiting Jersey Shore Bulldogs at 4:00p.m.
