Body found along Susquehanna River near Montoursville
MONTOURSVILLE, PA – State police say a hunting party in Lycoming County’s Fairfield Township on Monday afternoon came upon the remains of a body which had appeared to wash up onto the Susquehanna riverbank.
Police said the remains appear to be those of a white male, the identity not yet determined and their investigation ongoing. The discovery was made off Hiller Road about 2 p.m. on Monday.
