Windy conditions, light turnout so far on Municipal Election Day 2021

LOCK HAVEN, PA – A sampling of polling places in the Lock Haven area Tuesday afternoon showed a fairly light turnout of voters for Pennsylvania’s 2021 municipal election.
If past off-year elections are any indication, the turnout will be well under 50 percent, compared to the better than 77% percent Clinton County voter turnout in last year’s Presidential election.

There are two county row office contests on the Tuesday ballot, but both are uncontested for the incumbents, county treasurer Michelle Kunes and county coroner Zach Hanna.
Unofficial election day results will be streamed live after 8:30 p.m. on Clinton County’s Facebook page. Results will also be available on the county web site at www.clintoncountypa.com. therecord-online will be providing stories on contested races Tuesday night.
Polls across Clinton County are open to 8 p.m.
