Black Fly spraying scheduled for Wednesday

LOCK HAVEN – Clinton County government has shared word that a state-authorized black fly spraying project will be conducted on Wednesday.

The county Department of Emergency Services has posted word that black fly suppression will begin in the Farrandsville area and proceed to the Susquehanna River in western Clinton County and Sinnemahoning Creek starting at 7 a.m. Wednesday.

The county said low-flying aircraft can be expected in those areas.
