Penn State Football post on Gould Sports Complex draws huge response
UNIVERSITY PARK, PA – Robbie Gould came to Lock Haven last Thursday to lend a hand to fundraising for the newly named Robbie Gould Sports Complex just underway in Castanea Township.
The story on his visit generated considerable exposure and positive news for the complex and for Lock Haven. There was extensive media coverage shortly there afterwards, plus Penn State Football posted on social media pictures and information on the Gould visit and the plans for the site along Bald Eagle Creek.

The comments came from far and wide, linking a highly regarded sports figure with Lock Haven. They all heaped praise on Gould, one of the NFL’s all-time kicking leaders, for his role in the complex project and his giving back to his hometown.
