Winter Storm Watch Still in Effect for New Year’s Day

STATE COLLEGE, PA – The National Weather Service office in State College says Clinton County and north central Pennsylvania remain under a winter storm watch for Saturday. The NWS has moved back the watch start time from 12 noon to 1 p.m. on January First:
