COVID-19 Update: Clinton Up 27; Centre Up 67; Lyco Up 103

HARRISBURG, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Health Saturday confirmed as of 12:00 a.m., December 26, that there were 7,581 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 605,141.

As of 11:59 p.m. Friday, December 25, there were 26 new deaths reported statewide for a total of 14,893 deaths attributed to COVID-19. The Clinton County death total due to COVID-19 remained at 22.

Local counties’ numbers: Clinton County, up 27 to 1,802; Centre County, up 67 to 8,672; Lycoming up 103 to 5,583. Other area counties include Cameron, 134; Clearfield, 3,735; Potter, 540; and Union, 2,755.

Thus far 7,273 Clinton County residents have tested negative for COVID-19, up 45 from Friday.
