COVID-19 Update: Clinton Up 26; Centre Up 70; Lyco Up 92
HARRISBURG, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Health COVID Data Dashboard Sunday reported that as of 12:00 a.m., Dec.20, statewide there were 7,213 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 555.702. The amount of new daily cases is the smallest since Dec. 7 when 6,330 cases were reported.
The state reported an additional 99 deaths attributed to the coronavirus, the state total 13,924. 18 deaths have been attributed to COVID-19 in Clinton County, an increase of one from Saturday.
Local counties’ numbers: Clinton County, up 26 to 1,541; Centre County, up 70 to 8,289; Lycoming up 92 to 4,746. Other area counties include Cameron, 110; Clearfield, 3,278; Potter, 492; and Union, 2,453.
Thus far 6,845 Clinton County residents have tested negative for COVID-19, up 23 from Saturday.
