COVID-19 Update: Clinton Up 44; Centre, Up 103; Lyco Up 167

HARRISBURG, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Health COVID Data Dashboard Thursday reported that as of 12:00 a.m., Dec.17, statewide there were 9,966 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 529.335.

The state reported an additional 224 deaths attributed to the coronavirus, the state total 13,392.

Local counties’ numbers: Clinton County, up 44 to 1,447; Centre County, up 103 to 8,022; Lycoming up 167 to 4,440. Other area counties include Cameron, 104; Clearfield, 3,092; Potter, 461; and Union, 2,323.

Thus far 6,656 Clinton County residents have tested negative for COVID-19, an increase of 20 from Wednesday.
