Many years ago Gifford Pinchot became known as the governor who liberated the Pennsylvania farmer from the mud by paving many of our rural country roads. This brought Pennsylvania into the 20th century, making life better and more convenient for Pennsylvanians.
President Roosevelt and his administration were largely responsible for making electric power available to much of rural America. Once again, citizens’ everyday lives were greatly enhanced with electricity for their homes, farms and businesses.
Today we face a similar need: broadband internet for the 76th District, and rural areas everywhere. Broadband internet is vital for health care, businesses, education (as this pandemic has shown us), and communication in general. Joe Waltz is a staunch advocate for the very necessary advancement of rural broadband internet.
Bring the 76th District into the 21st century. Vote for Joe Waltz as your 76th District representative.
