Youth Injured in Sunday Afternoon Accident

LOCK HAVEN – A 5-year-old boy was Life-Flighted to Geisinger Medical Center after an early Sunday afternoon incident involving a vehicle on Willard’s Alley near First Street.

Because of the victim’s age, police did not release his identity and therefore his condition was not available from Geisinger.

The investigating officer said the boy saw his mother returning home and ran to greet her and ran into the side of a vehicle operated by Gerard Kibler of Lock Haven. The driver told police he could not see the youth because of the child’s height.
