No Main Street Closure in Lock Haven for July 4 Holiday
LOCK HAVEN – City Manager Greg Wilson announced Monday that, due to the Fourth of July holiday, the city’s pedestrian mall will not be put into use on Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4.
That means normal traffic will flow on E. Main Street from Jay to Vesper Streets on both days. The last two weekends Main Street had been blocked off for the well-received pedestrian mall for sidewalk shopping and open-air dining along the two blocks.
Wilson said the regularly scheduled summer concert on Friday, July 3, will return to Triangle Park for a 6 p.m. start.
