Wet Accident in Woodward

WOODWARD TOWNSHIP — A motorist was able to walk away unhurt from a one vehicle accident on Route 664 near the National Guard Armory at noontime Sunday. Woodward Township police say the truck was heading west during a period of rain when it hydroplaned on the wet roadway, spun around and tipped over onto its side. The driver, who was not immediately identified, was able to exit the vehicle and stayed at the scene while the truck was righted and removed from the scene. Record photo – Jeannine Lipez
