Lots of Water
Weather forecasters were right when they said there would be plenty of rain late Thursday into Friday morning. Clinton County emergency services said no major problems were reported other than those of some high water on some low-lying streets; otherwise nothing out of the ordinary after heavy rain. The rainfall sent Harvey’s Run in Castanea Township bank-full and the west branch of the Susquehanna River was muddy but no up all that much at mid-morning Friday. Record photo – John Lipez
