Great Weather for Goblin Time!
Saturday’s weather provided a great setting for the annual Lock Haven Fire Department parade and outstanding weather is in the offing this evening as most Clinton County communities allow trick or treating from 6 to 8 p.m. The forecast says about 50 degrees and partly cloudy skies as the annual door-to-door quest for treats begins.
