New CM Football Schedule Released
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP —The Central Mountain football program is currently without any coaches but the squad does have a new schedule for the 2016 season and it varies greatly from the last two years.
As part of a PIAA revised classification/schedule plan, Central Mountain and other mid-state teams will start the season a week earlier than in previous years and will have only one preseason scrimmage rather than two.
Additionally the new schedule gives Central Mountain a full slate of Division I Heartland Conference opponents, making the Wildcats eligible for the league crown in 2016.
