* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 10 inches
or more possible.
* WHERE...Central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From Saturday evening through Monday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible.
Significant blowing and drifting snow is possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall could be very heavy at times on
Sunday with accumulation rates exceeding 1 inch per hour.
