Obituary – Sara Jane Graham

Sara Jane Graham went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.

Sara was the daughter of Urey and Esther Lumadue, born November 19, 1925 in Clearfield.

In 1944 she graduated from Clearfield High School. She was united in marriage to Frederick B. Graham in 1946 and was a loving, caring, nurturing Mother to five children, Patricia Ann, Peggy Jane, Frederick Blair, Philip Leroy, and Sheila Marie.

She was an excellent seamstress and enjoyed hunting big game, knitting, crocheting, gardening, flowers, baking, making Easter eggs and taking care of her kitties.

She worked as a supervisor for Armstrong World. She was self-employed as a Tupperware manager and a Stanley Home Products representative for over 30 years.

Sara volunteered as a messenger for the Lock Haven Hospital and was a member of the Hospital Auxiliary. She was treasurer for the Beech Creek Legion Aux. Lodge #623 and a member of Beech Creek-Blanchard Senior Cheer Club.

Sara was raised in the Christian faith and attended the Liberty Baptist Church, where she enjoyed the music, message and fellowship.

Sara is predeceased by her parents, brother, sister, husband, two daughters, Peggy Jane Snook and Sheila Marie Goodman, and two grandsons, Troy Joseph Stahl and Daniel Edwin Sullenberger.

She is survived by 3 children, Patricia Lukens, Frederick Graham, and Philip Graham, 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.

Service for Sara will be held Monday, June 30, 2025 at 2:00 PM with visitation one hour before the service at the Donald Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745 with Reverend William Hargenrader officiating. Graveside service at Schenck Cemetery will follow immediately.

The family suggests memorials for Sara be sent to Liberty Baptist Church, 100 Main St, Blanchard, PA 16826.
