Riverview Park Dogs on a Leash Reminder
Woodward Township Police have received several complaints of dogs being walked in Riverview Park without a leash, which has caused concern for other park visitors. While your dog might be well-behaved, officers wish to remind dog owners visiting the park with their pets that the Township Parks Ordinance requires all dogs to be on a leash. There are several signs posted throughout the park that also advise of this. With the warm weather arriving and the park attracting more visitors, we would like to make everyone’s visit an enjoyable experience. Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.
