Purchase/Posess/Transport Alcohol
LOGANTON BOROUGH— On February 10, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., officers from PSP Lamar responded to a call on East Main Street regarding an alleged incident involving underage alcohol consumption by a minor from Mill Hall. Following their investigation, a non-traffic citation was issued and filed through District Court 25-3-02.

Retail Theft/Shoplifting
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP—On February 9, 2025, at approximately 8:08 p.m., Carrie Darwin, 45, of Jersey Shore, allegedly stole merchandise worth $23.96 from Walmart in Mill Hall. Darwin allegedly passed through all points of sale and left the store without paying. Charges have been filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-02.

Hit and Run
MILL HALL BOROUGH— At approximately 3:16 a.m. on February 6, 2025, a crash occurred in Mill Hall involving 19-year-old Michael David Lachat from Lock Haven. Lachat was driving south on N. Water Street when he failed to negotiate a section of the road near the residence at 101 N. Water Street. His vehicle veered off the right side of the road and collided with a residence. Lachat left the scene after the crash, according to the report issued by PSP Lamar.

Harassment w/Physical Contact
BEECH CREEK TOWNSHIP— On February 6, 2025, at around 4:00 p.m., a physical altercation occurred near 400 Berry Road involving Marvin Young and Ryan Young, both residents of Beech Creek. According to the police report, the two engaged in unwanted physical contact, leading to Summary Harassment charges against both individuals. Charges were filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-02.

Motor Vehicle Accident
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP—On February 6, 2025, a crash took place near the 1900 block of Eagle Valley Road. Susan Hoffman, 52, from Beech Creek, was driving north when she lost control of her vehicle. The car spun 360 degrees before veering off the east side of the road and hitting a utility pole. The collision caused disabling damage to the right side of the vehicle, but no injuries were reported as a result of the crash. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Harassment w/Physical Contact
MILL HALL BOROUGH— On February 5, 2025, at 2:45 a.m., PSP Lamar responded to an active domestic altercation near Church Street. The incident involved a 31-year-old woman from Mill Hall and a 40-year-old man from Jersey Shore, who were engaged in a verbal dispute that escalated into a physical altercation. Both individuals have been charged with Harassment through Magisterial District Court 25-3-02.

Harassment Between Entities
COLEBROOK TOWNSHIP— On February 5, 2025, at 5:15 p.m., PSP Lamar responded to a disturbance between neighbors on Furnace Road in Farrandsville. After investigating, officers cited a 38-year-old man for making unreasonable noise and harassment through repeated communication. A 33-year-old woman was cited for making unreasonable noise and harassment involving physical contact. Additionally, a 60-year-old man received citations for both unreasonable noise and harassment through physical contact. The report issued by PSP Lamar specifically referenced these actions as violations of PA Crimes Codes Title 18 § 5503(a)(2) and Title 18 § 2709(a)(1)(2), respectively.

Theft By Deception/Identity Theft
BEECH CREEK BOROUGH— On February 3, 2025, at 1:16 p.m., PSP Lamar received a report regarding an attempted identity theft. The incident involved an unknown actor who attempted to steal the identity of Ahyoka Keith, a 54-year-old woman from Bellefonte. The investigation is ongoing.

Retail Theft/Shoplifting
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On February 2, 2025, at 7:57 p.m., PSP Lamar Troopers were dispatched to Advanced Auto Parts at 281 Hogan Boulevard in response to a reported retail theft. Upon investigation, they found that car headlights valued at $62.52 had been stolen, and the suspect, Cody Eggler, 28, from Julian, PA, was identified and charged through Magisterial District Court 25-3-02.

PFA Violation
MILL HALL BOROUGH— On February 3, 2025, PSP Lamar was dispatched to 3 Beech Creek Avenue for an alleged PFA Violation. Upon the Trooper’s arrival, it was discovered that no violation had occurred.

Aggravated Assault
RENOVO BOROUGH— On February 3, 2025, PSP Lamar investigated a report of aggravated assault that occurred on 12th Street in Renovo. Through investigation, it was determined that no crime had occurred.

Retail Theft/Shoplifting
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On February 3, 2025, at 3:17 p.m., PSP Lamar Troopers were dispatched to Dollar General, located at 5 Millbrook Plaza, for a reported retail theft. Upon troopers’ arrival, it was discovered that Brittany Lebert, 33, from Lock Haven, had been observed removing items from a package inside the store without paying for them. The items stolen were fake nails valued at $7.95, according to the report issued by PSP.

Motor Vehicle Accident
CHAPMAN TOWNSHIP— On February 3, 2025, at approximately 3:34 a.m., a single-vehicle crash occurred near 10938 Renovo Road. Jason Coleman, 44, of Renovo, was driving a 2016 Dodge RAM 1500 pickup truck towing a small trailer when he veered off the road and hit a tree on the left side. Coleman became trapped in the vehicle and suffered significant injuries due to the crash. Members of the Renovo Borough Fire Department extricated him from the truck, and Renovo Borough EMS transported him from the scene. Coleman was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and reported that he fell asleep while driving. The truck sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene. State police later identified multiple vehicle code violations, and citations were filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-03.

Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse (IDSI) – Opposite Sex
LOCK HAVEN— On January 30, 2025, at 12:49 p.m., an incident involving IDSI reportedly occurred somewhere on US-220 between Lock Haven and Williamsport, according to PSP Lamar. This investigation is ongoing.

Hit and Run/Commercial Vehicle
PINE CREEK TOWNSHIP— On January 25, 2025, at 5:55 a.m., a one-vehicle hit-and-run crash occurred on Henry Street. John Eubanks, 42, from Irvington, AL, was driving a flatbed tractor-trailer that was hauling steel beams to Jersey Shore Steel when he struck a railroad bridge on Henry Street, misjudging the clearance needed to safely pass under the bridge. After striking the bridge, Eubanks attempted to navigate a sharp right turn in the road. As he backed up to reposition for the turn, he struck the bridge again on the opposite end. Eubanks left the scene without providing information to the property owner or law enforcement. A passerby called police to report vehicle parts scattered on the road. Responding officers cleared the debris and located the truck a short distance from the scene of the crash. The bridge sustained minor damage, and citations were filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-01.

Motor Vehicle Accident
GREENE TOWNSHIP— On January 19, 2025, at 10:07 p.m., a crash occurred as Christopher Wallace, 36, from West Palm Beach, FL, was traveling West on I-80 near mile marker 184. Wallace was traveling in the right lane when he lost control of his vehicle, veered right, and crashed into the guide rail due to slippery road conditions. The vehicle was towed from the scene due to sustaining disabling damage, but no injuries were reported.

Motor Vehicle Accident
GREENE TOWNSHIP— On January 18, 2025, at 9:21 p.m., a crash occurred on I-80 West near mile marker 186 involving Guiliana Pantano, 19, from Setauket, NY, and Aaron Olmos, 28, from Moreno Valley, CA. Pantano entered the right lane and collided with the 2009 Kia Sportage driven by Olmos, striking it on the front driver’s side. Pantano’s vehicle sustained moderate damage, while Olmos’ vehicle suffered disabling damage to the side and front. Olmos managed to come to a controlled stop off the right side of the road, and Pantano fled the scene before state troopers arrived. No injuries were reported, and an application to obtain the crash report was mailed to both drivers.

DUI Crash – Drugs
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On January 11, 2025, at approximately 1:26 p.m., PSP Lamar responded to a report of an active physical altercation on Hogan Boulevard. Before troopers arrived, an unnamed 30-year-old man from Mill Hall who had been involved fled the scene. Seven minutes later, PSP Lamar units located his vehicle and attempted a traffic stop, but the suspect did not comply. He rear-ended another vehicle, causing minor injuries to the other driver, then exited his vehicle and fled on foot. After a brief foot chase, troopers apprehended him. According to the police report, the suspect admitted to swallowing a bag “containing 0.6 grams of methamphetamine” to hide it from law enforcement. He was taken to the hospital, where medical professionals removed the contraband from his abdomen. Troopers also determined that he was under the influence of methamphetamine, which he had used recreationally earlier that day. Charges for Fleeing and Eluding, DUI, Resisting Arrest, Tampering with Evidence, Reckless Endangerment, Leaving the Scene of a Crash, Disorderly Conduct, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and other related traffic offenses were filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-02.

Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse (IDSI) – Same Sex
BEECH CREEK TOWNSHIP— PSP Lamar is investigating an incident of sexual assault involving a minor child that occurred in Beech Creek sometime between December 1, 2024, and January 4, 2025. No further information was provided in their report.

Incest – No Force
BEECH CREEK TOWNSHIP— PSP Lamar is investigating an incident of sexual assault involving a minor child that occurred in Beech Creek sometime between October 1 and October 31, 2024. No further information was provided in their report.

Theft/Bad Checks
LOGANTON— PSP Lamar investigated a theft that occurred on E. South Street sometime between October 1 and October 31, 2024. The suspect, identified as a 54-year-old woman from Lancaster, used a bank check to pay for groceries valued at $129.89. The account had insufficient funds to cover the check, and after multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact the account owner to resolve the issue, charges were filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-02.
