Incidents:
Hit and Run – On October 22, 2024, between 5:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., a parked vehicle on N. Fairview Street was hit, damaging its driver’s side mirror. The vehicle responsible for the collision did not leave any contact information as required.
Crash – On October 23, 2024, at around 8:00 a.m., Unit 2 was stopped on Hill Street behind a school bus when Unit 1 collided with the back of Unit 2. After the collision, Unit 1 veered off the road and hit a tree, requiring it to be towed from the scene.
Crash – On October 23, 2024, at approximately 8:00 a.m., Unit 2 was heading east on E. Walnut Street when Unit 1 tried to enter E. Walnut Street from the Paul Mack Boulevard off-ramp. Unit 2 collided with Unit 1, but both vehicles were able to drive away from the incident.
Crash – On October 25, 2024, at approximately 11:00 a.m., Unit 1 was moving west on Ash Alley. Upon passing through the intersection with Jordan’s Alley, it was struck by Unit 2, which was traveling south on Jordan’s Alley. As a result, Unit 1 had to be towed from the scene.
Crash – On October 27, 2024, at approximately 3:45 p.m., two vehicles were traveling west on E. Main Street. At the intersection with Jay Street, Unit 1 attempted to make a left turn onto Jay Street from the right-hand lane and collided with Unit 2, which was in the left-hand lane. Unit 2 required towing from the scene.
Theft – Between October 27, 2024, at 8:30 p.m. and October 28, 2024, at 3:30 p.m., two political signs were stolen from a yard in the 900 block of E. Water Street.
Crash – On October 29, 2024, at approximately 6:40 a.m., a pedestrian was struck while crossing Spring Street at its intersection with Bellefonte Avenue. The pedestrian was treated for minor injuries.
Criminal Mischief – On October 29, 2024, between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., two political signs were damaged in the 500 block of E. Church Street.
Offenses Charged:
Kristie Rhoades, 38, Lamar, was arrested for Bad Checks. On August 26, 2024, Rhoades attempted to use a check at Save-A-Lot, 120 E. Walnut Street, to pay, and the check was returned with “non-sufficient funds”.
Colton Coakley, 22, Lock Haven, was arrested for Aggravated Assault. On October 5, 2024, at approximately 3:00 a.m., Coakley struck a victim with a metal object, causing injuries to the victim’s arm and head in the 200 block of S. Summit Street.
On October 12, 2024, a 12-year-old female and a 13-year-old female, both from Lock Haven, were cited with Disorderly Conduct when the two juvenile females went to a residence in the 100 block of N. Grove Street and began yelling and screaming at another juvenile female, attempting to get her to come out and fight at approximately 4:40 p.m.
On October 15, 2024, at approximately 3:45 p.m., a 17-year-old male from Lock Haven was charged with Fleeing or Attempting to Elude [Law Enforcement] and related offenses. Officers attempted to stop the juvenile male who was operating an unregistered dirt bike in the area of Second Avenue and Maple Street. The juvenile fled, committing multiple additional traffic violations in his effort to evade the officers.
On October 22, 2024, at approximately 1:50 p.m., Adam Doebler, 35, Lock Haven, was arrested for Strangulation. Doebler wrapped his arm around a victim’s neck from behind, applying pressure to her throat while at a residence in the 100 block of Mill Street.
Tyler Hyser, 32, Renovo, was arrested for a PFA violation. On October 26, 2024, at approximately 2:00 a.m., Hyser contacted a protected party of a Protection from Abuse order in the 200 block of W. Main Street.

Renovo Police have arrested 39-year-old Clayton Policastro, who is currently serving time at SCI-Albion state prison, for violating a Protection From Abuse Order. This order was issued by the Clinton County Court to protect a resident of Renovo. The violation took place on October 7, 2024. Policastro is set to appear before the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas.

Renovo Police have charged a 14-year-old male from Renovo with assault and harassment following an incident on October 24, 2024, at Bucktail Area Middle/High School. The teenager is accused of assaulting another 14-year-old student and causing injury. The Clinton County Juvenile Court has charged him as a result of the incident. The Keystone Central School District Police Department assisted in the investigation.
