Lock Haven Police Department News:
Incidents:
Hit and Run – On September 5, 2024, between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., a legally parked vehicle was struck in the 300 block of W. Fourth Street, causing damage to the driver’s side door.
Crash – On September 12, 2024, at approximately 4:00 p.m., a vehicle hit a street sign near Piper Park on E. Bald Eagle Street.
Crash – On September 14, 2024, at approximately 4:00 p.m., a two-vehicle crash occurred at the intersection of Bellefonte Avenue and N. Fairview Street. The first vehicle, traveling west on Bellefonte Avenue, collided with a second vehicle that was turning onto Bellefonte Avenue from S. Fairview Street. The second vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
Crash – On September 15, 2024, at approximately 6:00 p.m., a two-vehicle crash occurred at the intersection of E. Church Street and Grove Street. The first vehicle (Unit 1), traveling north on Grove Street, stopped at the stop sign on E. Church Street. When Unit 1 proceeded through the intersection, it was struck by a second vehicle (Unit 2) that was traveling east on E. Church Street. No further information was provided by LHPD.
Crash – On September 18, 2024, at approximately 5:30 p.m., a vehicle crashed into Lock Haven Rehabilitation and Senior Living due to brake failure.
Offenses Charged:
Stephen Boone, 72, of Lock Haven, was arrested for DUI and other related offenses. On August 24, 2024, at approximately 4:30 p.m., Boone was involved in a motor vehicle crash in the area of N. Third Street and Jordans Alley. According to police, during the investigation, Boon was found to be intoxicated.
Hunter Williamson, 23, of Woolrich, was arrested for DUI. On August 25, 2024, at approximately 2:25 a.m., Williamson was stopped in the 1000 block of E. Water Street for having expired registration. During the traffic stop, police determined that Williamson was intoxicated.
A 13-year-old male from Lock Haven was cited with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass. On September 11, 2024, at approximately 7:00 p.m., officers were called to a residence in the 300 block of W. Clinton Street for a juvenile male refusing to leave and threatening the caller. No further information was provided in the report.
Galon Glossner, 44, of Lock Haven, was arrested for a PFA violation. According to police, on September 16, 2024, at approximately 2:30 p.m., Glossner went to a residence he was evicted from and spoke with a protected party of the PFA Order.
Michael Burd, 49, of Beech Creek, was cited with Public Drunkenness and violation of the City ordinance for open containers of alcohol. According to police, on September 16, 2024, at approximately 7:00 p.m., officers were called to Bellefonte Avenue and Commerce Street for a male yelling at people and taking his cloths off. Burd was located with an open container of alcohol, and was found to be intoxicated.

Renovo Police Department News:
Renovo Police have charged 30-year-old Felisha Kelley, of Renovo, with Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Flight to Avoid Apprehension, Trial or Punishment, and Evading Arrest or Detention on Foot. Three of the four charges are felonies, with the latter being a misdemeanor.
On September 16, 2024, Kelley fled from being arrested by a police officer on another felony warrant for burglary and theft. During Kelley’s flight, she entered another persons residence by way of rooftop and through a window to get away. Renovo Police currently hold an active felony warrant for Kelley for this incident and for the prior incident.

The Renovo Police Department has charged 37-year-old Shaquetta Alexander, currently of Renovo, and 42-year-old Anthony Russell, of Renovo and Philadelphia, with numerous counts of Theft by Deception and Bad Checks, all graded as misdemeanors. This stems from a scheme that Alexander and Russell engaged in from July 31, 2024, through August 22, 2024, where they passed at least nine separate checks at Lingle’s Market in Renovo, knowing that funds were not available to pay for purchases.
Renovo Police obtained a search warrant during their investigation for the bank account records of the account in question. Police found that Alexander opened a new checking account and deposited a relatively small amount of money into it to open the account. Alexander and Russell then passed nine checks after that, totaling over $1,500.00. No additional money was ever deposited into the account to cover the cost of the checks written– cause for Intentional Theft by the arrestees. Both Alexander and Russell have been sent a summons to appear before the Clinton County Courts.
