PFA Violation
RENOVO– On September 4, 2024, PSP Lamar responded to Huron Avenue for a report of a PFA violation. Through investigation, it was determined that Timothy Coleman, 48, from Renovo, came to the protected party’s residence, which he was evicted and excluded from. Appropriate charges were filed through District Court 25-3-03.

DUI
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP– On September 3, 2024, at approximately 10:41 p.m., PSP Lamar was dispatched to Walmart in Mill Hall for a report of three juveniles who could not locate their caregiver. Upon further investigation, Joseph Robison, 43, from Hesston, PA, was located in the parking lot in a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance. Robison also possessed controlled substances. According to the report, chemical testing was denied, and criminal charges are pending.

Indecent Assault
LOGAN TOWNSHIP– PSP Lamar investigated a report of sexual assault involving a 21-year-old male that occurred on West Valley Road sometime between August 24 and August 25, 2024. Through investigation, it was determined that the allegation did not occur.

Criminal Mischief
GREENE TOWNSHIP– On August 22, 2024, at approximately 4:05 p.m., a hit-and-run crash was reported, which was said to have occurred earlier that day around 1:30 p.m. on I-80 West near mile marker 186.0. According to the caller, after the collision, the driver of the hit-and-run vehicle extended his arm out of the driver’s side window and punched the passenger side mirror of the caller’s vehicle, causing minor damage. This incident was classified as criminal mischief and assigned a separate incident number. The caller provided the license plate number of the hit-and-run vehicle, which matched the description they had given to the PSP Lamar Troopers when checked through the patrol computer. An ongoing investigation is being conducted to identify the driver of the hit-and-run vehicle.

Harassment
FLEMINGTON– PSP Lamar Troopers received a report that an unknown actor had been sending a 27-year-old female victim from Snow Show multiple text messages through different phone numbers between June 1 and August 21, 2024. No suspect was identified, and this investigation is ongoing.
