CCDW Presentation on Historical Women at Full Circle
MILL HALL-It was an afternoon to celebrate the famous (and infamous) women of Clinton County, as the Clinton County Democratic Women (CCDW) hosted a fundraising event at the Full Circle Center in Mill Hall. Local historian Lou Bernard gave a presentation on historical women in the county who were involved in politics and active in the community.
Thirty people attended and were treated to a delicious assortment of desserts donated by many of the CCDW women. Full Circle had their lovely assortment of teas and coffees available, and fifteen baskets were raffled off to the delight of the winners. The event raised money to support local candidates running for office.
Clinton County Democratic Women meet the 4th Wednesday of the month in various local locations. They welcome all women interested in making our community as strong as possible. For more information, contact the President, Debbie Meder at clintoncodemwomen@gmail.com
