Retail Theft/Shoplifting
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – A 51-year-old male from Lock Haven was charged with retail theft, which took place at Walmart in Mill Hall on March 5, 2024, at 4:34 p.m., according to a report from PSP Lamar. The unidentified actor stole “common merchandise goods” valued at $87.23. The actor was subsequently taken to PSP Lamar to be charged and processed, and was then released. Charges were filed through District Court 25-3-02.
Theft By Deception/Extortion
PORTER TOWNSHIP – On March 4, 2024, PSP Lamar investigated a case of theft by extortion after an unknown suspect accessed a 17-year-old female victim’s social media account(s) and requested money to return the account information.
Commercial Burglary
FLEMINGTON – On March 4, 2024, two male juveniles forced entry into Kingz Mart located at 300 High Street. The suspects stole approximately $500.00 worth of merchandise and fled on foot toward Lock Haven City. After police reviewed the surveillance footage and collected evidence from the scene, two possible suspects were identified. This investigation is ongoing.
Disorderly Conduct
PORTER TOWNSHIP – PSP Lamar is investigating an incident that occurred on March 1, 2024, at 4:44 p.m. on Jacksonville Road. According to the police report, a 2010 BMW and a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado were involved, and the victim is identified as a 24-year-old male from Lock Haven. This investigation is ongoing.
Theft
NOYES TOWNSHIP – On October 15, 2023, and February 24, 2024, PSP Lamar responded to a seasonal property on Border Street in Noyes Township for a suspected burglary. The unknown actor(s) stole various items from sheds and outbuildings. The stolen property includes:

2013 Yamaha Grizzly Green ATV worth $5,000.00
Yamaha snowmobile worth $2,000.00
Kawasaki KFX 50 worth $2,000.00
Air compressor worth $200.00
Battery jump pack worth $50.00

Craftsman Front Line Tiller worth $750.00
Minn Kota Trolling Motor worth $250.00
Kayak Trailblazer worth $300.00
Kayak paddle worth $50.00
