Lady Wildcats win at Danville 43-40

DANVILLE- Central Mountain went on the road and would pull off a tough win at Danville on Friday night.
Lena Walker’s 11 points and Camdyn Weavers 10-point effort would be the difference in the Lady Wildcats 43-40 victory against a solid PHAC opponent.
CM held an 18-13 lead at the break, but Danville’s 27-point second half was nearly enough to down Central Mountain, but they would come up just short.
Central Mountain would also get 7 points a piece from both Taylor Doyle and Ava Doyle.
Danville was led by Everett’s 13 points and 10 points each from Merrell and Hafer.
Central Mountain will next be in action on Monday when they host Penns Valley. Monday’s game will be live streamed on therecord-online.com
Central Mountain’s JV squad picked up a 37-23 win over Danville. Morgan Davis led the Lady Wildcats with 12 points and Aubrey Eiler added 11.
