Robert Richardson of Hybrid Ice in Solo Performance at Lock Haven’s Main Street Stage Friday


LOCK HAVEN – Robert Richardson, known for his performances on the Floating Stage with Hybrid Ice, will be performing his solo act, “What About Bob” Friday, Aug. 7 at 6 p.m. on Lock Haven’s Main and Grove Street Stage.

Richardson is a multi-instrumentalist performing with his own band, Cell15, and also tours with Hybrid Ice, The Badlees, and Observe the93rd. Robert is the support keyboard player on the “Legend of Rock” series with famous singers such as John Elephante (Kansas), Derek St. Holmes (Ted Nugent), Jimi Jamison (Survivor), John Cafferty (Beaver Brown Band), and Kevin Chalfante (The Storm).

Combining technology and old school philosophy, his show “What About Bob” presents a musical journey from classic rock, country, RnB, to progressive rock. He is a singer/keyboardist/guitarist who brings solo performances to a unique level sure to please a range of audiences.

The public is invited to attend this free summer concert. Seating will not be provided; therefore, the public is asked to bring a lawn chair.

While the committee is excited to offer these free concerts this summer, residents should remain vigilant to the threat of COVID-19 which has claimed the lives of more than 150,000 Americans and more than 7,000 Pennsylvanians including five in Clinton County. In order to successfully continue the summer concert series, residents and guests are to follow CDC and DOH guidelines in order to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19 including social distancing between non-household members while attending the concert, wearing masks, and sanitizing hands frequently. To that end, the city will provide hand-washing stations at each of the summer concerts. Anyone who is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or is included in a higher risk population are encouraged to keep their health and the health of their fellow residents as their primary interest and not attend.
