Mary A. Clark – Obituary
Mary A. Clark, 73, of 12 E. Church St., Lock Haven, passed away Monday, August 3, 2015 at her home surrounded by family and friends.
Born in Blue Ridge, Virginia on July 22, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Lucille Gray Spradlin.
Mary was a dedicated volunteer, serving as a cook at the Salvation Army where she was named the “Volunteer of the Year” in 2014.
She loved nature, especially fishing, picking blueberries, and going on drives.
Mary also enjoyed cooking.
Most of all, Mary cherished time spent with her family.
Surviving are two daughters: Kathy (Fred) Mauck of Jersey Shore and Sandra K. Dewald of Lock Haven; four grandchildren: Joshua and Christopher Blaisdell, both of Nebraska, Kari Anne Stump of Linden, and Tyler Scott Dewald of Lock Haven; three great grandchildren: Frederick Blaisdell of Nebraska and Jaden Arlen and Joslyn May Temples, both of Linden; her companion, Dick Tyson of Lock Haven; and many family members including brothers and sisters in Virginia.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Billie Jean.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
