KCSD Superintendent Finalist Announced

BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – The Keystone Central School District has announced the name of the first of several finalists for the post of superintendent.

She is Dr. Stacy L. Winslow, currently the assistant to the superintendent for curriculum, instruction and assessment at the Derry Township School District in Hershey. She will spend Wednesday in the Keystone Central School District meeting with various district constituencies and conclude her day with a public interview at 7 p.m. in the Central Mountain Middle School auditorium.
Winslow holds a doctorate in education from Immaculata University, a masters in education from Penn State and her undergraduate degree in social studies education from Elizabethtown College.

Her previous work experience includes two years as Hershey Middle School Principal and previous educational experience with the Manheim Township School District and as an adjunct professor at Wilkes University from 2009 to 2012.

Wednesday’s Winslow interview will be the first of three, others scheduled for Thursday, March 15, and Wednesday, March 21.

The names and resumes of the three finalists will be published online 48 hours prior to each interview date and the information can be found on the KCSD website: http://www.kcsd.k12.pa.us/ The Winslow resume was posted on Monday.

Former superintendent Kelly Hastings had announced her intention to resign last August, the effective date March 17 of this year, but she did not return to her post after the holiday period.
