LHU Continues Search for New President

LOCK HAVEN  — The Lock Haven University Presidential Search Committee recently conducted preliminary interviews with various candidates and have selected four individuals for further consideration. The committee will host candidates on campus February 26 through March 2.

The university will share information about each candidate, prior to their arrival on campus, on the university website.

After on-campus interviews are completed and feedback is received from constituents, the search committee will meet to identify two candidates to be recommended to the Council of Trustees. If approved, the names of the two candidates, with the endorsement of the Council of Trustees, will be sent to the Board of Governors. The Board of Governors will interview the candidates and name the 15th president of Lock Haven University in the coming weeks.

“The committee has done an outstanding job in reviewing a large and highly competitive pool of candidates and we are excited to continue the process to select Lock Haven University’s next president,” Guy A. Graham, LHU trustee and search committee chair, said.
