Armed Robbery at I-80 Lamar Truck Stop

LAMAR – State police are investigating an overnight armed robbery at the Flying J Truck Stop at the Lamar Exit of Interstate 80, carried out by a lone white male at about 3 a.m. Sunday.

Clinton County District Attorney Dave Strouse shared preliminary information on his social media page:

Pennsylvania State Police at Lamar are investigating an armed robbery at approximately 3:00 AM this morning (12/24/17) at the Flying J Truck Stop, Porter Township.
The suspect was described as a white male, approximately 6’ tall, weighing approximately 220 lbs. He was wearing all black clothing including his gloves. The weapon is a dark colored revolver.
He may be driving a small four door sedan, light silver or blue in color. The vehicle may resemble a Hyundai Accent.
