Dominion Donates Massive Time/Effort to Bucktail Medical Center

SOUTH RENOVO – Some 41 employees from Dominion Energy’s western Clinton County operations descended on the Bucktail Medical Center Wednesday, volunteering a day of spruce-up/clean-up work. “Dominion Energy employees are passionate about giving back to their communities, and we were happy to schedule a volunteer day to give back to the Bucktail Medical Center,” said Clarry Sockman, Manager, Gas Transmission Operations, Dominion Energy Transmission. “The medical center is the lifeline for western Clinton County residents and our Dominion employees and their families, and we certainly appreciate the outstanding medical coverage it provides.”

Bucktail CEO/Administrator Tim Reeves offered high praise for the Dominion effort: “One of the things that I really appreciate about this community is the level of support the hospital receives.  Dominion has always been a big supporter of the hospital, but the turn-out today is just amazing.  With all of this help we’re going to give the lobby a new look, complete some needed repairs, and reorganize storage areas to better use the space we have.  What this team from Dominion accomplishes today could have taken us months to do on our own.  On behalf of the residents, patients, employees, and the Board of Directors, thank you for this tremendous gift of time and materials.”
