Lock Haven’s Jay Street – Water Street Intersection Reopens

LOCK HAVEN — Closed for almost four days, the city’s heavily traveled Jay – Water Streets intersection reopened to through traffic Thursday afternoon.

That intersection work is part of the $5.4 million rebuild of Jay Street and Paul Mack Boulevard. Glenn O. Hawbaker Inc of State College is the project contractor. Meanwhile work continues on Paul Mack Boulevard.
