Probe into Death of Lock Haven Child Ongoing

LOCK HAVEN — City police and the office of Clinton County Coroner Zach Hanna continue their investigation into the Memorial Day death of a Lock Haven toddler.

Hanna met Tuesday with city police detective Kristin Smith and he later issued this statement:

The following is information regarding the death of the child yesterday in Lock Haven:

Name: Steven A. Killion, Jr.
Sex: Male
Age: 2 Years
Race: White

Pronounced dead at Lock Haven Hospital Emergency Room at 0903 hrs. on May 29, 2017.

An autopsy is scheduled to be completed at J.C. Blair Hospital, Huntingdon, Pa on May 31, 2017.

Investigation by Lock Haven City Police and the Clinton County Coroner’s Office is ongoing.

Lock Haven police, Lock Haven University police and state police had responded to the Memorial Day morning call at a rear unit of an apartment building in the 400 block of E. Church St, across from Robb School.
