Two Arrested in Early Sunday Morning Robbery
City police said Logan Pursel, 20, and Dominic Reynolds, 18, were taken into custody Sunday afternoon after police had posted on Facebook that warrants had been issued for their arrest. Both face charges of robbery, simple assault, theft, receiving stolen property and related offenses.
The police report alleges Pursel and Reynolds early Sunday assaulted a 16-year-old male, punching him in the face and body numerous times. Police said the incident occurred at 610 E. Bald Eagle St. and the alleged perpetrators took the juvenile to a location on Spring St. in the city, then back to Bald Eagle St. and assaulted him again, taking his cell phone.
