Philip Marconi of Mill Hall passed peacefully on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at home surrounded by loving family.  He leaves behind his loving wife, Sharon Zimmerman Marconi and two daughters, Dawn (John) Peters of Mill Hall and Stacey (Anthony) Kelly of Lancaster.

Phil was born November 7, 1949 in Lock Haven, he was the son of the late Anthony A. Marconi and Helen M. Weise Marconi who survives.

Phil served in the United States Army from 1969 until he was honorably discharged in 1972.

Phil was self-employed at Marconi’s Auto Repair, a business that was established by his father.

He loved collecting and repairing classic cars and was a member of the Central PA Street Machines.

He was a member of the Holy Spirit Parish, Lock Haven.

Surviving is a sister, Sharon (Arnold) Crislip of Virginia; three brothers: Dennis (Terina) Marconi of Flemington, Thomas Marconi of Lock Haven, and Steven (Kimberly) Marconi of Mill Hall; and three grandchildren: Colby (Hunter) Peters, Piper Kelly, and Riley Kelly.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 30, 2017 at 10 a.m. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, Pa 17745 with Rev. Father Joseph Orr officiating.  Burial with Military Honors will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park, Lock Haven.

Friends and family will be received at the funeral home on Sunday evening from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Flowers will be provided by the family.  Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Bestwick Foundation to support local families and individuals struggling to fight cancer.
