Elizabeth E. Summerson (Obituary)

Elizabeth E. (Cassidy) Summerson, 88, of S. Renovo went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 25, 2016 at Bucktail Medical Center, S. Renovo.

She was born October 30, 1928 in Drury’s Run a daughter of the late Charles and Ruth (Brown) Cassidy.

Elizabeth was married to Roy Summerson who preceded her in death on October 26, 1990.
She was a member of Grace Baptist Church, North Bend.

Surviving are a son Larry Summerson of S. Renovo and a twin sister Edith Nesman of Drury’s Run.

Two brothers Charles Cassidy, Jr. and Cpl. Boyd Cassidy who passed away in 1950 as a prisoner of war in Korea preceded her in death.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, Nov., 30, 2016 at the Maxwell Funeral Home, 205 Fifth Street, Renovo with Pastor Mahlon Nevel officiating.

Burial will be private at North Bend Cemetery.
