Midd-West too Much for Lady Wildcats

cm-soccerBALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – Central Mountain was humbled by visiting Midd-West tonight falling to the Lady Mustangs 6-0.

For nearly 25 minutes, the game was evenly played then once Midd-West found their range on the Central Mountain goal, the floodgates opened with The Lady Mustangs holding a 5-0 advantage at intermission then added one more goal in the second period.

Although Central Mountain played aggressively throughout, they couldn’t find a defensive scheme to silence the Midd-West offense.

Midd-West dominated statically overall as well with a 25-1 advantage in shots on goal and 9-1 on corner kicks and only had to make one save on the night. CM keeper Alyssa Dickey was kept busy with 12 saves for the Lady Wildcats.

Next, the Lady ‘Cats will travel down Rt. 150 to face Bald Eagle Area Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016.
