Flashing Sign is Annoying

To the Editor:

Does the electronic flashing annoying sign need to operate 24 hours a day during the summer? It displays 3 week old information that is no longer useful.

We need to keep blinds closed in the evening and it’s annoying to sit out in the evenings.
