LOCK HAVEN – The CMHS Rotary Interact Club was asked by the City of Lock Haven in the fall of 2016 to undertake a beautification project at the intersection of West Water and West Main Street near LHU. In the fall, Interactors cleaned up the triangular area in preparation for spring planting, which occurred on May 14th. They planted Knock-Out Rose bushes, Day Lilies, Blue Oat Grass, and Wave Petunias. The Interactors thoroughly enjoyed the project and are looking forward to maintaining the area and keeping it beautiful. Thank you to Lowes for donating plants and to Greg Kramer of Blue Atlas Landscape Contractors for his plant suggestions and design layout.
