DUBOIS – The Bucktail Construction Trades Class was recently invited to Dubois for a tour of the Triangle Technical School. 18 Bucktail High School students in Mr. Probst’s constructions trade class participated. The students toured the Electrical, Welding and Computer Assisted Drafting classes. The trip was sponsored and paid for by Triangle Tech. The students had complimentary pizza for lunch. They learned about the opportunities offered at Triangle Tech and learned  that they can receive an Associate Degree in 20 months and be ready to enter the workforce. Keystone Central School District, through the Career and Technical Education (CTE) program, is focusing on helping students interested in trade skills find opportunities for their future and what preparations and programs they need to become certified. For more information on the CTE courses offered at Keystone Central visit the website at: www.kcsd.k12.pa.us/administration/curriculum/master-course-catalog.
