Concealed Carry Seminar
MILL HALL – Do you want to learn more about Pennsylvania’s concealed carry laws or about how the Castle Doctrine law affects your rights as a gun owner? If so, I invite you to join my educational seminar to help local gun owners apply for and receive a concealed carry permit, as well as learn more about the state’s gun laws.

Those scheduled to present at the seminar include:
Clinton County Sheriff Kerry Stover will talk about the concealed carry permit as well as “open” carry vs. “concealed” carry;
Clinton County District Attorney Dave Strouse will discuss Pennsylvania’s current concealed carry laws as well as the legal aspects of Pennsylvania’s Castle Doctrine, which allows a homeowner to use deadly force if necessary when threatened by an armed intruder;
Representatives from the Pennsylvania State Police and the Lock Haven City Police will speak about armed civilians safely interacting with law enforcement; and
Pennsylvania Game Commission officer Kirk Miller will discuss gaming laws vs. concealed carry pistols used while hunting.
