LOCK HAVEN – City police are continuing their search for a man who robbed a business district store Tuesday afternoon.

The robbery at Governor’s Antiques at Main and Grove Streets set off a widespread police hunt, including going into nearby apartment buildings looking for the suspect.

As of Wednesday, police said, there was nothing new to report in their search. They are seeking a white male, about 5-8, who was wearing a dark blue hoodie, a purple bandana and sunglasses.

Police said the clerk at Governor’s told them the robber “demanded money and had what appeared to be a semi-automatic pistol.”

He then fled on foot in a northerly direction on Grove St.

Police have released a shot from a video surveillance camera as part of their effort to track down the perpetrator. Anyone with information is asked to contact city police at 570-893-5630.
