Sr Crickets 1-1 at Clearfield
CLEARFIELD – The Beech Creek Senior Legion baseball team is 1-1 after two days of play in the regional tournament.
The Crickets earned a one-run victory over Indiana on Saturday and lost by the same margin, 7-6 to Claysburg on Sunday.
As it stands, Cole Hanley was the winning pitcher of the first game and also the losing pitcher in the second game as he was the reliever in both efforts.
On Saturday, Trapper Kunes 1-3, Cole Hanley 1-4, Chuck probst 1-3 2 runs, Ethan Mc gill 1-3 at the plate. On Sunday, Trapper Kunes 3-4 1 run, Chuck Probst 2-5 2B 1 rbi, Toner corl 2-4 2 runs.
