Autopsy Completed in Death of Lock Haven Child

LOCK HAVEN — Clinton County Coroner Zach Hanna said an autopsy has been completed in the Memorial Day death of a Lock Haven toddler.

He Friday released a statement which said the autopsy was conducted yesterday at J.C. Blair Hospital in Huntingdon and “results are pending as the investigation continues.” He said additional information will be forwarded “as we are able.”

Authorities yesterday released the identity of the youth, Steven A. Killion Jr., age 2. He was pronounced dead at the Lock Haven Hospital emergency room just after 9 a.m. Monday.

Lock Haven police, Lock Haven University police and state police had responded to the Memorial Day call at a rear unit of an apartment building in the 400 block of E. Church St, across from Robb School.
