Sentence Handed Down in June Robbery at Bellefonte Avenue Puff’s

LOCK HAVEN — Clinton County President Judge Craig Miller today sentenced a Lock Haven man to 30 to 60 months in state prison for a June armed robbery at Puff’s Discount Cigarette store at 200 Bellefonte Avenue.

The sentence was imposed on Thomas Rolland Fields III in connection with a June 15 night-time robbery at the Puff’s store; he had entered a guilty plea earlier this summer. City police at the time of the robbery said the intruder was armed with a black semi-automatic handgun. They had released surveillance pictures of the robber walking on Bellefonte Avenue while carrying a handgun.
