Renovo Home Entered by State Agency; No Comment So Far

RENOVO — A team of agents from the state Attorney General’s office entered a Renovo residence yesterday and nearby residents said they were seen leaving with computers taken from the home.

The raid occurred yesterday morning at the Kelly and Elizabeth Whitty residence at 620 Ontario Avenue. One borough resident told therecord-online one person was seen trying to run from the property but was halted by a representative from the Attorney General’s office.

An inquiry to the state AG’s office brought a one sentence response: “This is an ongoing investigation and the office has no further information to release at this time.”
